The ticket office opens at 2:30 p.m.

Last ticket purchases are at 5:00 p.m.

The site closes at 6:00 p.m.

Payment methods accepted: checks and credit cards.

Groups are welcome year-round, upon reservation (minimum 20 adults).

Reservations are not accepted for groups of fewer than 20 people.

Please note that there may be exceptional closing days.

Please check the site before your visit or follow our Facebook page for updates. In addition to guided tours, you can take your tour in French or English using your phone as an audio guide.

A flashing QR code in each room allows you to listen to the guide's voice at your own pace for your convenience. Bring your own headphones (compatible with your smartphone).

Go to the shop to report. Free entry upon presentation of your MDPH card. The large gate will be open for you and you can park in the PMR spaces a few meters from the entrance to the castle.

Visit assistance tools for people with disabilities: Elevator, wheelchair available, PRM toilets, magnetic induction loop at reception.

Our animal friends are not accepted inside the castle and in the park (except guide dogs and assistance dogs)

Motorhome enthusiasts, you can stay overnight in our outdoor parking, but the parking doesn't have any specific facilities.

The nearest motorhome parking area is located at the Place du Champ de Foire in Villebois-Lavalette (5 minutes) with all the facilities.

Also, do not hesitate to discover our shop at the end of your visit, where you can find the delicacies of our producers, as well as our derivative products. Every little extra allows us to continue to bring the Château de La Mercerie to life.
